Crispy!

My daughter, Carol, and husband, Chris, are with us this week, and Carol spent all afternoon preparing an exotic Persian meal for us. It was originally intended for J’s birthday more than 3 years ago, but got delayed thanks to a certain pandemic. However, it was worth the wait! In my blip, Carol unveils her crispy rice, cooked to perfection.
