A bit wet…

The rains didn’t stop us today! The summer of 2023 has been a deluge of water. We’re all fed up with it and rather than stew about it, we decided to embrace it. Laced up the hiking boots (waterproof) and threw on raincoats and went exploring.

The more tourist attractions in Nee Hampshires Franconia Notch were almost abandoned today (thanks to the rain). We hiked into the Basin and continued on to Kinsman and Cascade Brook Falls. A muddy hike but we didn’t complain. Then onto Boise Rock and Cannon Mountain. We laughed a lot, were pretty filthy but had a great day!
