Swimming Friends

Started the day (after separate dog walkings) with a swim. Seems like a very long time since I’ve seen everyone and indeed since so many of us have been together.
I knew it was going to be cold because the Wharfe has been cold all summer and I have been soooo happy swimming in warmer waters. However, Christine and I teamed up and went for it and it was lovely. We had such a good swim.
After our obligatory hot drink and bacon butty, Cathie and I headed off to a car boot sale. Cathie thinks she would like to sell some things from her room at a car boot sale but has never been to one so wanted to see what it was like.
She was surprised at how awful it was going round and viewing the tat that nobody else wants. :( Maybe there are better ones but it was exactly what I expected.
Home for a bit of crochet and telly and another little bit of sorting. :)
