Muscle Strain

Poor Conor was in quite a bit of pain after straining a back/shoulder muscle probably whilst playing Swingball this afternoon. He was quite distressed with the aching and the fact it hurt to lie down but thankfully this Renpho massage device really helped, along with one of Orla’s hot water bottles.
