Garden Tasking...

Is it a good description to say my garden was starting to get on the wrong side of looking a bit white trash. It had a load of things lying about, the weeds were becoming knee deep and was generally in a bit of a state.

This was one of my holiday ToDo's and it is just about back in track. The weeding is all but done, grass cut, hedge (it's a monster) 3/4 done, I even used a load of bricks and a slab to build a nice wee extra semi-permanent bench and salvaged a load of rocks that were lying disregarded and formed them into a wee cairn-ish thing to hold my collection of heather sticks. All in all, a rather satisfying result.

Sushi will drink any free standing water she comes across although we do keep her topped up with fresh water in her bowl. Today's drink of choice was from the paddling pool. She was perched rather precariously on the edge of it in the way that cat's are good at.
