Big and Bold

I LOVE these poppies in my garden. They have two flushes of buds throughout the summer then they're chopped down to almost ground level, and then they come back again next year....bigger and bolder!

Still coughing, wheezing and snorking but I spent a bit of time in the garden today as the weather was so nice. Been reading all day, enjoying the last Sookie Stackhouse novel.

Hopefully I shall have more vigour tomorrow, if not I'll do a bit more of the same.
