Looking A Bit Fallish

I decided to go to a new place to walk this morning called Jackson Bottom Wetlands Preserve. It looks like an amazing place to observe birds and wildlife. Today it was very quiet, with very few visitors. I walked for about 2 miles, along some well tended trails. It was bone dry and the plants are dropping leaves. Not fall really, just late summer dryness and heat. It's a beautiful place and I'm looking forward to going there again as the seasons change.

In the extra, I think this creek runs into the Tualatin River very close by. I'm not sure if it's algae or duck weed....but it's all rather green!
