Late summer

With my cough finally shifting, I have managed to get some jobs done today and have spent some time in the garden. The grass cut once Bailey was walked, three lots of washing hung out, twice (and gathered in when the rain came) and Bailey and I sat out there for a little while before tea. Not a lot of colour in the raised bed because the delphiniums haven't reappeared, but the side beds and dahlias are providing colour elsewhere. And an astrantia and aquiligea are making a second showing.
