No Ocean Diva

The residents of Shad Thames are up in arms about the proposal to moor a massive new party boat called the Ocean Diva next to their flats by Tower Bridge. 
With a capacity to host up to a thousand people, who would be disembarking in the early hours into the narrow residential streets of the area, after partying all evening, I don't blame them.
