Rain rain rain

A night with thunderstorms and lightings followed by constant rain all Sunday.

Staying indoors and doing detailed planning for the upcoming Italy trip in September (hikes, restaurants, vineyards, bike routes).


The blip is a picture from last week. It shows the „result“ of another night with heavy rain almost two weeks ago in Val Bever.

Within minutes, a stream meandering through woods and meadows turns into a raging mountain torrent that digs itself into a deep streambed and carries debris and mud down to the valley floor.

More rain tomorrow. So another inside day for packing and admin. It is good to have quiet days in between.
