Murals of Apremont

A very lazy start after so much travelling yesterday. After a leisurely breakfast (croissants from the local bakery of course!), we took a walk along the river to the “beach”. Unfortunately it’s currently closed while work is underway to raise the level for the dam (barrage) so more water can be captured, so no water sports going on. However we did spot this mural on one of the boat sheds. In extras is a very lifelike one on what’s probably an electricity substation in the car park.
