Land banking

As property prices rise faster than interest rates, it’s worth while for some to buy properties and just keep them. This once-loved property next door to us has been sold twice (at least) since its much-loved owner, Louisa died in 2014.
Nobody’s moved in apart from some squatters, and nothing’s been done to it. The back garden is a little nature reserve; the front sports rubbish, supermarket trolleys etc.
