That is fairly small beer in the bellringing scheme of things but something of an achievement for me. as part of our summer school and presenting me with a challenge, our tower captain had encouraged me to try to ring a quarter peal of this method which I had only rang once before about 30 years ago. I had a very good band around me which helped enormously as they were able to immediately iron out a couple of my glitches.

It has been raining all day and the temperature has dropped by about 10 degrees which is very welcome indeed. The summer school has been a success and we have made new friends, many of whom say they will be back again.
