Fluffy Balls

The flower of the Chive reminds me of a fluffy ball like a Pom Pom, love the colour too.

Blood work results back today and show my cholesterol levels are at 8! And my blood pressure is high too, I refuse medication as I suffered with terrible side effects previously, so seriously need to walk more (as if I don't do enough of it already!) and going to have to give up putting cheese on everything I cook/eat, and pile up on the veggies instead - hope it will be enough to bring down those numbers.
