New lease of life?

Another "undocumented immigrant"?  Since I can't remember its name, and ergo not what it's tagged, IF anything, I can't easily find if I logged it on arrival.  All I can say with 100% certainty "we" bought it - SO - it's in excess of 7-8 yr old.
     It lost leaves early on, then just sat there and gurned at me.  On a whim, this year I "put it out" for the duration; frost'll chase it back in.
     However - these are the first new leaves since purchase..
