Roedd fel diwrnod mewn paradwys heddiw. Roedd popeth yn berffaith.

Penderfynon ni seiclo i'r Llyn Parc y Rhath. Roedd y ffyrdd yn eithaf tawel felly roedd y daith yn ddymunol. O ble roedd y ceir wedi mynd? Dim ots. Aethon ni i 'Terra Nova' yn gyntaf am frecinio.  Roedd awyrgylch neis iawn yn y bwyty. Roedd y staff yn ddefnyddiol ac yn llawen iawn hefyd.

Ar ôl y pryd aethon ni am dro o gwmpas y llyn. Gwnaethon ni edmygu'r holl planhigion newydd. Efallai roedd y cyngor yn plannu pethau newydd, neu roedden nhw adael pethau dyfu.  Roedd y canlyniad yr un peth - mwy o goed a llwyni o gwmpas, sy'n edrych yn dda iawn ac yn darparu mwy o le am fywyd gwyllt.

Gwnaethon ni'n cwblhau ein taith gerdded trwy ddychwelyd i 'Terra Nova' am sleisen o gacen a phaned o goffi, yn eistedd yn edrych ar draws y llyn ac edmygu'r olygfa.

Roedd rhywbeth hudolus am y golau, y ffordd gwnaeth hi'n hidlo trwy'r cymylau, roedd tipyn bach o befrio ar bopeth.

Cyn mynd adre, aethon ni am dro o gwmpas yr ardd rhosyn. Roedd llawer o rosod yn dal yn eu blodau, gyda gwenyn dal yn brysur arnyn nhw. Roeddwn i'n teimlo fy mod i’n gallu treulio gweddill fy oes yn y parc.

Yn gyfan gwbl, roedd y diwrnod yn berffaith.

It was like a day in paradise today. Everything was perfect.

We decided to cycle to Llyn Parc y Roath. The roads were quite quiet so the journey was pleasant. Where had the cars gone? It does not matter. We went to 'Terra Nova' first for brunch. There was a very nice atmosphere in the restaurant. The staff were very helpful and cheerful too.

After the meal we went for a walk around the lake. We admired all the new plants. Maybe the council was planting new things, or they were letting things grow. The result was the same - more trees and bushes around, which look very good and provide more space for wildlife.

We completed our walk by returning to 'Terra Nova' for a slice of cake and a cup of coffee, sitting looking across the lake and admiring the view.

There was something magical about the light, the way it filtered through the clouds, there was a little bit of sparkle on everything.

Before going home, we went for a walk around the rose garden. Many roses were still in bloom, with bees still busy on them. I felt like I could spend the rest of my life in the park.

All in all, the day was perfect.
