The Empty Bed

Pauline died this morning at 7:00.
She came home from hospital two weeks ago and was so happy to be home. She had a lovely week of seeing her friends and family and another week of mostly sleeping. She wasn’t in pain and she told us that she was ready to go.
And then she complained because she was still here and, having made her peace, she wanted to get on with it! Patience was not her thing.
This morning, she very quietly and peacefully just stopped breathing. Her two sons and her big sister were with her.
She loved the Blip community and the interactions that she had with the people here and she would want you all to know the end of her story.
