Hanging out

The dragonfly was on my brick wall, shown here. It was dusk, and I was putting the grill back in its place. I ran for my camera and macro lens, and it didn't move. Yay! I progressively closed in until i got the shot I linked to above, and it didn't budge. But I wasn't really happy with the perspective. I decided to seee if I could get a heads down view of it, and he was so patient with me! THis shot is actually upside down: I had my head and camera against the vertical wall about 9 inches away.

Turned out well!
