Notes: Hot day. Kathy was able to sleep thru till 5a and I slept till 6a. I did a morning Publix run after ordering some things on Amazon to make a coconut cream pie (for Kathy's bday Mon) and still needed some shredded coconut & grabbed a couple other things. Back and quiet rest of the day around the house. We had our 2nd plateful of salad and dishes that Laura brought ... and added in a baked sweet potato and the rest of the kale salad. Made candied pecans yesterday and had more of those over fresh berries with cinnamon whipped cream (so good!). Quite a hot day, have cooler weather coming next week and some good chances of rain - wahoo!
