Rugby

This evening I went to see Scotland beat Georgia 33-6 at Murrayfield, after a dire first half that saw Georgia lead 6-0. The occasion was grand, even if the game was rather tame. Walking out from the New Town via the Water of Leith was a pleasure in the sunshine.

Earlier, I'd taken the Note on its last journey - to the Nissan garage via Stewart Brewing - and returned with the Micra

After the rugby, I walked to Marchmont where, after eating a fine fish supper, I joined L for a drink at the Cloister Bar.
