Bright...

There were many opportunities today for a 'bright' picture for the photo challenge.


The bright sky first thing this morning...

The bright forks of lightning during the thunderstorm later...

My son being a 'bright star' for getting Star of the Week (for 'not being silly'... oh dear!)...

The bright fairy lights on one of the UFOs made by children in the English class I observed...

The bright sparks in my Geography Club who did a great job looking up famous explorers...

The brightly-coloured paper in the AVA (aka 'printing') department...

The cows in the road on my way home who'd escaped a nearby field (OK, so not really 'bright', unless you count the motorists who'd had the good sense to stop and get them off the road before someone was seriously hurt)...

The bright blue sky returning this evening...


The winning contender, though, had to be the person who had the bright idea of fundraising for a school trip to Malawi by cooking bacon and eggs in the school courtyard. Not a bad way to start the day!
