Maidens

We woke to bright sunshine, and it felt warm.  I had a longing to see the sea, so we headed to Maidens on the coast.  We had a light lunch at 'Rope' and then sauntered along at the harbour.  Lots of people about and lots of chat.  There are a lot of tourists in Scotland just now, and they all seem to be enjoying it.  Spoke to quite a few, and one lady, an American, was amazed that we knew where she came from, Cape May in New Jersey, and even more amazed that we had actually been there.  It is a small world.

After sitting for a while, Bob decided he had walked enough, as he had gone to the gym first thing this morning as well as walking at the harbour.  He drove the car along to the other end of the village, while I walked the coastal path to meet him.  It was warm and very pleasant.

I took quite a few shots, but narrowed it down to the ones in the collage which were my favourites.
