Friends reunited

Today I went to see a friend I possibly haven’t seen in 30 years! Strangely she had ended up working in the same company as my husband but we never met up during that time. We had a right laugh and reminisced about our hilarious times together in our carefree childhood. Unlike my mother who left us 21 years ago hers is still going although she was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s earlier this year. I must make sure to go and visit her soon.
I have burnt my face and look like a beetroot… oops! That is what wall to wall sunshine does for us!
