You Say Tomato

Mum and dad gave me lots of tomatoes and a couple of courgettes from their garden. D and I made lasagne this morning and managed to incorporate some of the veg into it. It feels a bit like when the children were toddlers and we used to try and hide veg in their meals. They’re now 18 and nearly 21 and I’m still hoping they won’t notice.
The day started sunny. D and I cleaned our cars. We then popped to Sawston where he bought chicken food and I got some bargains for school from the Oxfam shop.
D watched quali this afternoon and I read for a while. Now waiting for Poppy to get home from work. Hopefully we have a quiet evening ahead.
