Gone

Got up early as usual and saw a message saying that I had a parking fine at 4am. Strange as I normally park in the driveway outside our villa. I went out, and no car. After a call to the police, and the traffic department, they told me the Porsche was impounded. The pound is only 1.5km away, so after paying the fine and towing charge, I got the car back quite quickly. It seems they are now enforcing the no parking areas (yellow and gray), even if it is our own access. Wonder why they didn’t impound the Range Rover (with a senior Emirati number plate) that is blocking two driveways.
