Another face I found! The wild flowers in the park this year are the best they've ever been. For the first time sunflowers have been planted. Don't know if someone has picked a face out of this huge sunflower.

This morning I walked along for my meds and this afternoon I had physio. My left leg is still a lot weaker than my right but my left foot has improved in strength. Different excercises added to strengthen the leg. Learning to live with the back pain.

After yesterday my pain in my chest has stayed and feeling a bit on edge.
