A Grand Day

I am seconded on a project and this involved going to another office. Rather than taking the company bus, I strolled down the road in the lovely weather.

On Dundas Street I was met by this. Absolutely superbly wrapped in brown paper with string. It took 4 men to transport what I assume is a piano or is it a large shelving bracket.

I hope these were key personal and negotiations must have gone to the wire and a price of a grand was agreed. Sorry I am bit out of tune on these word plays.

It must have been great unwrapping it later on, and of course covering lots of school jotters.
