Lamplugh (pronounced Lampler)

This gives you an idea of how our day started, but it did improve.  As I am writing the sun is out as it has been for most of the day.  I was on my way to Lanthwaite Wood and Crummock Water a place I haven't been for some time.  The intention was, again, to do long exposures, but it wasn't the right conditions.  I did take photos, but not my towel to protect the camera, and along the lake to Buttermere it looked dismal, but worth photography.
I have photographed sheep going into a field; I had cows come towards me and no time to set up a camera, so here at third time lucky is a herd returning to the field after milking.  I would only have lighten the photo and cropped the bottom.  Blue sky eventually won the day.
