Unlocked…

Hello Everyone,

Yesterday was 12 weeks from my hip replacement and today is 6 weeks from my tummy operation so I am somewhat unlocked from the shackles of recovery caution… I can also fly long haul, which although there are no plans to do so, it is nice to always have the option.

So, with this newfound freedom what am I going to do? Well try and be more adventurous that’s for sure and let go of so many things from the past as the past does not equal the future unless you live in it. 

Right, I must get busy as I must travel to Heathrow later today to collect my daughter.
