Wet web in our garden + an eyesore near to town

Lots of webs about lately but this one had so many raindrops on it you could hardly see the web.
The extra is of a horribly neglected building not far from our town centre. It is falling apart. I think it probably needs demolishing now, for safety but it's at the junction of several busy roads so it would cause havoc. However, bits look to be falling off it now so it must be a health and safety hazard.
Took my car in for service and then we went to Terry's appointment with Dr McLinden (Consultant) for his CT scan results. Everything was OK and the stent that should have been removed after 6 months (10 years ago) is not showing so has most likely been passed. However he has some "cysts" (IPMNs)  in his pancreas for which he is being referred to the Pancreatic team at Liverpool Royal for their opinion / further investigation / monitoring.
Was supposed to get a phone call re car being ready between 5 and half past but we thought we'd set off and be there for when they called. Got there and could see my car parked up so clearly it was ready but had not had a phone call. Went into receprtion and she couldn't find the paperwork at first but eventually found it. she said it had been washed and "vacced". It had not even seen a vacuum cleaner but it had been washed! Got home and realised they haven't stamped or dated the service record.
They will be sending me a survey to fill in any time now and will ask me to score them 10 "because anything less than 10 is a fail". When people say things like that it makes we want to give them 9 even if I want to give them a 10, purely for the pressure and their cheek! Maybe I'm a bit of a miserable get!
