My kind of office

Last week I blipped about a small local company who were making some fence panels for me.
Today the panels were delivered, so at lunchtime I fitted them, apart from the final one. Turns out the end post has a jaunty outward lean to it. (Luckily I had measured the width at the top).
So I rang the company to see what they could suggest. I dropped the panel off, they cut it at the perfect angle & got it back to me minutes later. Fits perfectly.
That’s the kind of service you don’t get from big box chains or online.
