I went for a walk with Barbara to Kirkconnel flow in the afternoon and spotted this beautiful butterfly. We picked blaeberries and looked at the huge dragonflies and tiny lizards along the wall.
I taught a private class in the morning outdoors in the sunshine, and a class on zoom in the evening as the Halliday Hall was not available. It’s getting a new floor so both my big yoga classes had to be cancelled this week :-( .
