I was planning to do this as an ICM for Abstract Thursday, but in the end I preferred it straight.  I enjoyed seeing the individual seeds clinging on with the help of their long 'feathers', so apologies to Ingeborg.

Much of the day's been taken up walking across the park and up to the vet with Hazel.  She passed her six-monthly check with flying colours (wonderful teeth, you know, and perfect weight!) but we have been given some ear-wash, which I'm grateful for as at times her ears can bother her.  

Decided to come back to town on the bus, which was a good call as it then started to rain.  While we waited for a second bus to get the rest of the way home we bumped into a massive 'Princess Parade' - something like 200 under tens dressed up as rather damp princesses.  Who thinks up these things?  ;))
