River Days

The sun shone and we spent most of the morning playing in the river.  Everyone felt very happy. The photo shows how shallow the river is so it is possible to sail small apple boats, build bridges, balance on logs and climb the bank.
I went swimming in Dalry Pool in the afternoon and met so many people I knew at the pool,  or shopping afterwards.
