Grumble alert.

Some time ago now I saw an online entry (the details of which escape me)
BUT the gist of which called to mind how DAFT the English are in this respect - You can no longer sell a Meat and Potato pie unless the Meat outweighs the Potato.  It was in like vein.
     And YET - you can sell something which is patently NOT 100% butter and call it "ALL BUTTER".  I'd suggest that at 29% it doesn't even outweigh the Flour.
     If the forgotten event recurs I'll try and "catch" it.
