Roast Chicken Salad

What a glorious day. Our friends James and Jess were over for dinner, and I had planned a quite hearty sausage pasta dish, but when the it started to heat up I went for a salad.

It seemed a little sacrilegious to make potatoes and roast a whole chicken only to chuck it all in a big salad bowl. But I did, and it was rather good. As usual Jamie Oliver was behind it. The weather is not going to be like this forever. Might as well make salads while we can.


Watched Despicable Me. One of the small yellow people was called Stuart.
There are never any superheroes or leading men named Stuart. The best thing we have is that mouse that Michael J. Fox played.
