Glasses

Ellie needs to get a better pair of glasses. I want to buy frames that can be adjusted because the entire frame is reinforced by a metal rod. The frame she has now is not adjustable so it slips down; she has a plastic piece added behind her ear to keep them from slipping down. Ellie doesn't mind the pieces, in fact, she is happy to have them. I just want her to have a better frame before school starts. There are two similar frames we like...what do you think. The really close-up shot in extra is Ellie with her current frames. They are really similar but one cost $100 more...but it is the one she loves. It is difficult to decide what to do. She is very careful with her glasses and wears them all the time unless she is sleeping or swimming.

Ellie had playtime at her old preschool; the incoming and graduated students were invited. Only three of the kids from Ellie's class were there, but they were her two best friends. She was most excited to see her teacher. We went to lunch and then I took Ellie home and we headed to the beach. Now I must get to bed and sleep; I am quite tired.
