Notes: Awake ~4a but back to sleep until 730a or so. Started the day with watering the long - took quite awhile. Nice morning, not too hot and nice breeze. Sat out back on the lounge chair late morning. Quiet day just doing lots around the house. Kathy having some times of really bad pain and did a lot of laying on the floor with her feet up. Mixed the quinoa w/ chicken & pesto, steamed and added broccoli and pumpkin seeds - came out good. Sweet Lizzy pic laying on the floor next to Kathy - she looks like young pup here!
