Taking their bearded dragon for an evening walk

Coming back home down the narrow footpath this man and his girlfriend moved out of our way. When I was about to pass him I noticed what I thought was a rubber object on his shoulder, and jested with him, if it was real. He said it was. As it was a lovely sunny evening they'd decided to take their bearded dragon out for a walk.

I was bemused but rather intrigued to look at it closely. It didn't seem to mind my presence and wasn't at all stressed. I don't think I would have such a pet.
