234/365 Heron

Getting reasonably close to this heron was a bonus and also having a 300mm zoom lens fitted helped too and then cropping the image as well before ending up with this.

Warfarin check again and I'm glad to say that the reading at 2.5 was just about perfect. Blood pressure checked too and that was fine as well.

Gardening and walking took up a fair bit of the day with a bowls match against Moreton-in-Marsh in the evening. We came out on top, just about, with my rink winning 27-6. It always feels a little bit better if you win.
