Yorkshire landscape

If you want a classic Yorkshire landscape this one is hard to beat. The Cow and Calf rocks on the edge of Ilkley Moor above the town of Ilkley in the Wharfe Valley below. Throw in some lovely Yorkshire heather in bloom at the moment and what more could you want!

We were passing on the way to visit Ilkley cinema to see Oppenheimer. Wasn’t sure what to expect after hearing various comments but it was excellent as was Cilian Murphy playing him.
Looks like a good line up of films coming up over the next couple of months so plenty to look forward to.
Fish and chips on the way home to round off a good afternoon.
