Angelic Holy Isle

One of the things I love about living in Lanarkshire is that the coast is only an hour drive away and there's plenty of it to choose from!  It was our wedding anniversay today and we hadn't really planned anything.  P is having a bit of a tough work week so I suggested booking us into a restuarant we knew and heading out to Troon for a walk on the Beach after work.  Not the most exciting thing in the world, but a pretty good way to spend the evening.

We arrived after driving through some horrendous rain at the end of the showers - seaside towns are super quiet in bad weather!  We were treated to some pretty amazing views across the water both before and after food.  I liked this once of Holy Isle being bathed in a heavenly glow...
