Wild Horses

Well wild ponies really.

Our final full day in Cornwall, and we decided to do a reeeeaaaallllyyyy big walk! We've been walking all week, and today was the biggest of them all. It was meant to be 11 3/4 miles, but we extended it and went into Mevagissey 2/3rds of the way through, and worked out we'd done 15 miles by the time we got back to the car!

Near the beginning we spotted a sign saying there were Dartmoor ponies grazing on the land... and we were really lucky to see them! We stood on the path at a distance from them to grab a photo when we saw them, and one of them spotted us and came right up to us so we were able to stroke it. A really lovely experience.
