No House For Us

An absolutely crazy day as we put an offer in on another house (we did this once last year too). I ran around like crazy all day to the accountants and the IRS. On the phone making plans, etc. only to get the call in the evening that we had lost out once again. How any seller could have read our letter and seen our picture with little BabyApple and not sell us their house is beyond me! But there's always someone out there with deeper pockets than us.
