at the beach as the sun set tonight! A beautiful day and a lovely evening by the sea. The day started well with a long rural run for me then my tennis friends dropped in for coffee. R also went for a ( very) long run on the Downs, managed to trip over a broken fence wire and land on his head. Broken glasses cut his nose badly and a big bump on his forehead. He managed to limp home and after a very long wait, was checked out ......battered and bruised but hopefully nothing too serious. He is just annoyed that it cut short his run!!!
