Men at work

Our conservatory gets incredibly hot in the summer and we had to do something about it. The cost of a new solid roof was outrageous (£40k-plus) so we decided to try out a stop-gap measure of getting the glass roof covered in a special reflective paint. Who knows how well it will work but it had to be worth the try (well, at least getting a local company in to do it!)...

I suffer from vertigo and even looking at this pic gives me the heebiejeebies ... the edge of the roof is only about eight or nine feet above the patio, but you wouldn't get me up there for love nor money. Then again, I also don't have a impressively-muscled back or an outrageous suntan, so good luck to him :)
