Back to Newcastle to take the daughter out for breakfast before dropping her off at the Metro Centre for her shift. The Chillingham Road is pretty quiet on a Sunday morning but luckily the Dot Bagel opens at eight. And then it was back to Nottingham for the 10 mile run, so it wasn't as if we didn't need the carbs...!
