A Favourite!

Favourite views...we all have them! This is one of mine as you go across the lanes towards Harden/Wilsden. You climb steeply up through Egypt and you're rewarded with this stunning vista. I just love it! On a clear day, you can see for miles and miles in the direction of The Dales.

Other favourite views of mine?
Height Road looking over towards Heptonstall.

The Long Causeway which is the road between Hebden Bridge and Burnley, just fab! Oh and Ridehalgh Lane which is near Widdop Reservoir.

I also love the view at the top of Marsden Moor and across from my house on Roper Lane, Queensbury.

I adore the view from the top of the mountain climbs I've done abroad, The Alps are astounding and I couldn't pick my favourite...from the extreme landscape of Mont Ventoux to the mountainous surroundings of Croix de Fer.

Another favourite would be the lighthouse at Whitley Bay and a sunset or sunrise over any coastal area, but I do have a soft spot for the North East!
