What A Day

The Cygnet slept through until 7.30am and was then happy to lie with us for another hour before breakfast.

Too much weeding this afternoon - after having to go to 2 different garden supply places to get a couple of things. But bits of the garden are now beginning to look like they are tidy.

As the sun got lower I liked the way the sun was catching a yellow poppy and a furled fern - so I went and got the camera, bunged on to macro lens and switched it to spot metering. I got a few shots of them and a couple of dandelion seed that I quite like ............ they can be found HERE

Now sitting with a glass (or two) of red wine and a couple of high class chocolates.
