It's August so it Must be Tomatoes

Which are suddenly ripening in my greenhouse at a pace I can't keep up with. So it has been bruschetta every evening for the past few days. Which, luckily, I am very fond of and is vaguely healthy (albeit the scales sadly don't seem to agree with that). I have looked at making soup and other recipes which sound delicious but demand skinned tomatoes And I only have cheey tomatoes so skinning that lot would be wearisome.
